🍹You will be guided through a peaceful aware state of mind while enjoying a fun drink.
🧘The Zen Den will incorporate gentle mindful meditations, lead light conversations, teach calming breathing techniques in order for you to remain mindful of your senses, and learn how to put forth new energy. You will transform the action of picking up a glass and drinking, into a brand new experience you can carry into your everyday life.
🌷This mindful drinking meditation workshop is an hour and a half in length and no mediation experience is needed
