In this class you'll be guided through a gentle flow before settling into yin and restorative poses. The intention is to unwind and reset the nervous system; first through movement, then through stillness. For beginners and those with experience - all are welcome.

Your new favorite way to start the weekend - get the high without the hangover. 

Using dynamic movement and breathwork we release the energetic residue from out bodies and minds, setting us up to feel light, you might say you are high.
